Start the cooking process by toasting cumin and mustard seeds.

Transfer into bowl, toss with the oil, salt and pepper. When done, drain the water from the soaked moong beans and add this to onion tomato mixture. Once pressure cooked, it’s finally topped with a tadka of ghee, cumin and garlic.
