Why cant i stop thinking about food. There is nothing wrong with you. Nourish and respect your body by. But you simply can’t stop thinking about food.
When you can’t stop thinking about food, it can be difficult to curb stress eating, emotional eating, or overeating. Know your brain (and how it works). Consider what the reason might be;
Thinking about food is inherently human, and your body needs the nutrients contained in food to continue functioning healthily. Personally, i love food and all yo ucan eat buffets because it motivates me to workout harder. It is because you are restricting yourself.
Whenever i eat a lot i make sure that i “earn my meal”. I’m willing to bet that most of it boiled down. Listen to your body's needs as in food wise your missing something that's actually needed it might not be what you are eating the entire time.
Now you know why you can't stop thinking about food: Eat whatever foods you want 20% of the time; You can only perceive food.
Awhile back, i wrote a piece about how the only way to “deal with emotional eating” is to stop worrying about ending it, and start worrying about developing new coping. Next time you feel yourself starting to negotiate with yourself, try to think. For the volunteers, the days began to revolve around meal times.
