Easily set up and deliver webinars.

In reality the webinar functionality simply adds new capabilities to the existing Microsoft Teams meeting feature. Additionally Presenter mode will begin to roll out later in May.

Teams webinars allow you to setup an event registration page view the registration report send email confirmation manage presenter and attendee roles work with large audiences and more. Microsoft teams live webinar option is not available. Microsoft Teams webinars provide the tools to schedule your webinar register attendees run an interactive presentation and analyze attendee data for effective follow-up.

What is still on the waiting list is the attendee engagement information. Note To use Microsoft Teams as a webinar provider you must have a Microsoft 365 license that allows you access to the Teams service. Meet your customers where they are.

Teams webinars are based on Microsoft Teams meetings but are not quite as complicated to deliver as a teams live event. Beginning this week Webinars and PowerPoint Live are beginning to rollout in Microsoft Teams. At the E3 plan there is a drop-down that clearly shows Webinar to start the settings for an MS Teams Webinar.

With these capabilities you have new ways to deliver polished professional presentations in meetings of all sizes from small internal meetings to large customer-facing webinars and eventsall from a single application. Choose the dropdown arrow next to New Meeting in the upper right-hand corner and choose Webinar. I am unable to find an option.
