Go around town getting free stuff. Search for events on Meetup or Eventbrite in your area for things youre interested in. You can even volunteer if you want.

Treat yourself to something special and maybe even a little decadent on your birthday morning. Treat yourself to a new pair and save some coin on knee surgery later in life. Just mention to the bartender that its your birthday and you probably wont have to spend a dime.
