I’m assuming you’re referring to printing presses, and not desktop printers.
What does it mean to print on long edge. In order to get to 2 sided printing, i go to the blue printer button on the bottom left. When duplex printing, you can choose which way you would like your print to appear on each side of the paper using the short edge and long edge features. Short edge means the pages are bound along the short edge of the page.
Just to know what you have tried:exchanged long/short edge binding (printer)checked reverse page orientation (printer)changed orientation to auto. New comments cannot be posted. It’s always advisable to select paper with a long grain.
Flip on long edge is the option you’re likely looking for if you’re printing a document in the regular portrait orientation and want to read it like a book. It all depends on the grain of the paper.
