Teams webinar capacity. We shall be using a MS Teams webinar for approximately 2000 people internal to our organization. If someone tries to join a meeting after it reaches capacity they are unable to do so. The new webinar features including custom registration rich presentation options host controls such as the ability to disable attendee chat and video and post-event reporting will roll out this month to all Teams users.

Microsoft has unveiled a suite of Teams features for the education market including support for interactive webinars with up to 1000 people attendee reporting and new meeting controls.
Currently Teams meetings are limited to 300 users. And now Webinar feature has been introduced on Microsoft Teams to scale up Teams Meeting upto 1000. The presenter controls audience participation.
The organizer downloads the attendance report. Who can schedule a webinar. The maximum at the moment is 250 of people in one Teams meeting.
Teams webinar capabilities bring together the structure required to host large events and the simplicity to delivery them. This goes regardless of application web or desktop or whether the attendees are guests or users. Polls may be used during the webinar to engage the audience and provide info for the presenter.
