Chilling the dough is not necessary!
Sugar cookie recipe no chill. Start with the sides and press the mixture evenly all around the pan. It should still have a bit of a chill to it, if it’s too warm or soft it can make the dough sticky and difficult to use. Dough should be pulling away from the bowl.
These simple sugar cookies don’t need to be chilled and stay wonderfully soft & chewy for days! Stir in the flour, baking powder, and salt until just combined. Preheat the oven to 350°f.
Add egg and vanilla, beating until combined. Stir in the olive oil and mix to combine. Once they’re well mixed, add the eggs one at a time.
