Roast turkey legs in air fryer. Spritz your turkey legs with coconut, avocado or olive oil and sprinkle on your preferred seasonings. Add turkey legs, ensuring they are completely submerged in water. Spray with a coat of olive oil spray.
Cooking them for 10 more minutes or until they reach an internal temperature. To check to see if it is cooked in the middle, use a meat probe. Let the meat reach room temperature.
Place into the air fryer basket and cook for 20 minutes at 180c/360f. This helps ensure that the turkey legs defrost evenly and maintain a safe temperature. Rinse lightly under cool water.
Add onion, bay leaf, rosemary and thyme. Web fill a large bowl or container with cold water. If turkey legs are cooked through at this time glaze with sauce.
Using about half the herbs, tuck some sprigs under the turkey. Web place the turkey legs in the air fryer basket and spray with oil. Change the water every 30 minutes to keep it cold.
