Following their press statement earlier this week Peters May have just issued another update on the accident involving the 396-metre Baltic sailing yacht My Song which fell from the logistic companys cargo vessel during transportation last weekend. Last week SuperyachtNews reported that Mr Loro Piana the owner of 40m sailing yacht My Song is trying to sue Peters May for the loss of the yacht after it fell from a cargo ship in May last year. The yacht which was lost at sea after falling from a cargo ship was hauled out in Palma earlier this month.
