Yes there are 4 lobes most likely it is jammed my Response. A speed sensor that has failed may stop the speedometer from working. This part will not cross with part 6700-01008-19.

Apparently it is a simple job that takes 5 minutes max unplug the old Perfect Pass module and replug the new module with the GPS Antenna.
