Jeans leg measurement. Not too snug, not too loose. Measure from your crotch to your ankle (where you want your jeans leg. Let us show you how to measure, and use the size chart below to determine your jeans waist size:
Expressed through a combination of waist circumference and inseam (length of the inner leg). A (left) is the original at 7 1/4″. Not too snug, not too loose.
Be careful in placing the top pant as not to twist the crotch. Measure around the smallest part of your waist. Fold your jeans so that each leg is on top of the other.
Measure 13 inches down from the inside of the crotch on one side. Measure the width of the leg edge to edge at the level of the center of the knee. Most pants have two main seams.
Make sure to keep the tape measure as. Pant leg opening measurements may change 1/8″ for each size up or down. Denim jeans are worn by every man and woman regardless of their social, economical, and educational background.
Lift the top jean leg towards your waist and place them there. It is important to see the leg length, so you can remain comfortable while you wear these jeans. Take a second and third measurements just to be sure you didn’t make a mistake.
