How to unsend a message on outlook. Go to the “ sent mail” portion after clicking on the left. In your inbox, click on the tab on the very left side of your screen labeled sent items. You can set the undo timer for up to 15 seconds.
Start outlook and select the sent items folder in the navigation pane. First click on the file tab. Open the deleted items folder.
Choose “actions” from the dropdown. Click on message followed by actions. Press ctrl + z immediately after you delete an email to retrieve it.

When you enable it, outlook will wait a few seconds before sending emails. 2 goto file and click on resend or recall.then click on recall this message. from the dropdown. After 10 seconds the ‘unsend message’ will turn grey or disappear.
