How to store radishes from the garden. You can use a vegetable cleaning brush to remove all the soil and dirt. Put the sliced radishes in ice. When the water has reached boiling, blanch your radish medallions in the water for 2 to 3 minutes.
To store radishes on the counter or in the pantry: If you store your radishes in this fashion, they should last for upwards of a week or a little more. Eventually it will send up a flower stalk and produce seed pods.
