Hi my name is John Miller and I am the VP of Marketing at Concept Management Northeast just outside of Boston.
How to start a meeting introduction. The polite way to begin an introduction is to start with the name of the person you are making the introduction to. You might even send them an agenda so they are thinking about what the meeting will be about. Lets get the ball rolling.
In most situations this is the person who is older has a higher. Be mindful of the context. Now you can announce the subject of the meeting.
First name first last name last. Have you already met. Id like to take a moment to introduce.
Name of participant Its a pleasure to welcome. Start with the meeting agenda as an outline. Part Two includes the steps before a meeting starts in-cluding how to plan and think ahead.
Right you just have to remember which is which. Its amazing how much time gets invested in meetings where no one really knows why the meeting. Part Three is all about during the meeting itself and how to facilitate and engage the team.
Let me introduce myself. If you have a meeting with new participants make sure to introduce them before as you start the meeting. If you are in an informal gathering a simple hello is appropriate.
