How to set up a phone conference call in outlook. As a moderator you enter the conference ID. Pick a date and time for your conference. Heres how to schedule a free conference call using the Calendar features of Outlook 2010 and 2013 although should basically apply to all versions.

Open your contacts section within Outlook. 1Open your Outlook Calendar. Notify via email or other means all participants in the conference call of the dial in number and conference ID At the agreed time all participants call the dial-in number and enter the conference ID when prompted NOTE.
Select Voice Phone numbers. Field and a location in the Location. Open your Outlook Calendar.
Dial into your conference at the appointed time. On the Home tab select New Meeting. Click Meeting on the toolbar.
Click New Skype Meeting New Online Meeting in Outlook 2010 on the toolbar. For those without an internet connection the dial-in numbers and participant codes can be shared via SMS. The key is to have two formats for the conference call information.
