How to schedule microsoft teams meeting. There are several ways to schedule a meeting in Teams. Add your invitees to the Required or Optional field syou can even invite entire contact groups formerly known as distribution lists. Here give your meeting a title add participants and set a time and date. When the new appointment window opens click on Teams Meeting from the toolbar on top of. Choose Schedule a meeting.
In the Invite people to your event group box add the names of your event group the people wholl be presenting and producing the event. See the examples below to schedule class meeting patterns with Teams. On the next screen choose a title and select a range of time in the calendar.
