To create a conference call.

The key is to have two formats for the conference call information. If you are subscribed to the call out add-on you can join the meeting by having Zoom dial your phone number. Tap the merge calls button.
Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center Admin centers Teams Legacy portal. Select the phone number and click Assign. You simply list the call-in information as a single string like so.
Search for and select the participants you wish to call. Dial the first participant and wait for them to answer. Call one of the numbers provided.
Someone calls you and then you want to add a second person to that call. Click the Phone Call tab. Just follow these simple steps.
Heres how it works. After the call connects and you complete a few pleasantries touch the Add Call icon. Touch the End Call icon to end the conference call.
