Both types of these numbers can be used by any caller to join audio meetings that are being held in your organization.
Dial in conference call number. To set up a conference call all participants need to use the dial. Follow the instructions for dialing in. A dial-in conference call is simply a telephone-based conference call with multiple participants connecting over a conference call bridge.
A dial-in number is a toll-free number and access code that you share with callers so they can connect with you directly and immediately. Tap Close after dialing in. Microsoft 365 or Office 365 Communications Credits must be set up first in order for users to dial into the bridge on a toll-free number.
