Turn, remove netting, and season once. Carefully flip the breast over and cook for an additional 35 to 40 minutes, or until an internal temperature of 165 degrees f is reached in the thickest part of the breast. Pat the turkey crown dry using kitchen paper, then rub all over with the oil.
