I have created few route patterns:

Blocking an outgoing call. Use the toggle switch to. Click on additional settings, then caller id 4. Tap during screen time, then select contacts only, contacts & groups with at least one contact, or everyone.

Call blocking specific called numbers. Select settings, then call settings 3. Select the ones you wish to apply.

This is a quick and temporary way to block your number when. The other if you have the option. It's quite unfortunate that there's so many options out.
