Urban art museum berlin. It presents regularly changing exhibitions from its own unique collection and houses the martha cooper library. The aim of the conference and this publication is to discuss “urban art” in its broadest sense: The museum is a worldwide unique contact point for exhibitions, research and exchange around urban contemporary art.
The museum is the culmination of many years of planning and hard work and was funded in part by a grant of 1 million euros and a loan of 400,000 euros from the lotto foundation in berlin.
