So we’re hoping to expand everyone’s ground turkey repertoire with these enchiladas.
Turkey burger enchiladas. Preheat a grill to medium. In a small saucepan, melt remaining butter. Frozen or canned corn kernels.
Meanwhile, mix together all ingredients for cucumber salad. Spread 1/2 cup enchilada sauce on the bottom of the dish. Add patties to grill or skillet and cover (cover if using the grill) and grill for 5 to 6 minutes on each side, until cooked through.
Add the garlic and cook for 1 min. Web add the 1 tbsp oil and swirl to coat the pan. Web heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and gently fry the onion for 5 mins until soft.
Tip into a bowl and set aside to cool. It’s a perfect use for leftover turkey (or chicken). Add additional flavor by including 1/2 tsp each of chili powder, salt, and pepper, and 1 tsp of oregano.
Add the ground turkey, chili powder, salt, onion powder, oregano, garlic powder and cumin. For the meat, use 1 lb of ground turkey, preferably 93/7. Use a wooden spoon or spatula to break up the meat into smaller chunks.
