The Loro Piana Superyacht Regatta opened the Mediterranean superyacht calendar on May 30 - June 3 2017.

LORO PIANA SUPERYACHT REGATTA. The Superyacht Cup Palma the longest running superyacht regatta in the Med produced three worthy class winners just last week. BOAT International is proud to be the official media partner of the Mastercard Superyacht Regatta.

The Mastercard Superyacht Regatta will be a four day regatta from 24 27 February with the race registration skippers briefing and welcome function on the 23 February. Organised by the YCCS and Boat International Media this four-day sailing regatta attracted a spectacular fleet of 17 sailing yachts. Hosted and organized by Newport Shipyard and Bannisters Wharf this superyacht regatta carries forward the Newport Bucket tradition.

With the recent changes to the Prada Cup schedule there is a chance that the Prada Cup racing may flow into Wednesday 24th February creating an overlap with the Mastercard Superyacht Regatta.
