The Sea Ray and the Bayliner are two very different boats quality-wise. Bayliner Maxum and Searay are all made by Brunswick Marine. The other thing im kind of unsure about is the sport seating it doesnt look like its very roomy the 176 bayliner looks roomier than the 198 sea ray 185.
