This is noticeable at any fps that is not close to, or a multiple. Thanks guys, i seem to have got it down the way i like it now for online and single player with alot less tearing but still some random drops in fps, all my nvidia settings are. It also feels like there is weird input lag on the menus, i tried in borderless windowed no luck, then fullscreen with adaptive vsync. Screen tearing can also occur if the resolution and refresh rate in your settings are not aligned with the native refresh rate of the monitor. I personally refuse screen tearing in all instances, so vsync is stuck permanently in the on setting for all my games, even if that means stutter when i drop below my monitor's.
