Russian billionaire roman abramovich's yacht eclipse. And he really dipped deep into his pockets when he purchased the luxurious yacht Eclipse in for a whopping 500 million. Russian billionaire Roman Abramovichs 536-foot yacht Eclipse moored at Pier 92 in New York City. He sold his oil company Sibneft for US 13 billion.

Eclipse was constructed by Blohm Voss in Hamburg German. In 1988 Abramovich and his wife set up a company making dolls. Motor Yacht Eclipse is a luxury motor yacht constructed by Blohm Voss of Hamburg Germany.

The Solaris will be Abramovichs second superyacht and not as large as the Eclipse a 533ft vessel. She is owned by the Russian billionaire Roman Arkadyevich Abramovich who is known to the world as a man of many trades that of businessman politician and investor. The Eclipse is currently docked at Manhattans Pier 90.

Roman Abramovichs 557ft yacht Eclipse arrived in New York yesterday for reasons unknown to most. Built in 2010 it was completely rebuilt in 2015 to cater for the high-spec. Russian billionaire Roman Abramovich boasts not only the worlds largest plane the Bandit but also the worlds biggest yacht.
