Quick pecan pie recipe. Pour the pecan pie mixture into deep dish pie crust and fill just under the rim, cover the top layer with the pecan halves. Beat in sugar, and then blend in syrup, butter or margarine, vanilla, salt, and pecans. 5 cover the top and crust lightly/gently with foil.
