A nose piercing bump can sometimes arise for a number of reasons, including:

Piercing your nose at home. Piercing the nose, in any of its areas, albeit a minimum, but surgical procedure. Hold the area to be pierced with a piercing clip to abstain from. Clean your nose gently with a gauze pad soaked in saline solution.

Pierce from the bottom up. Vertical tip piercing is very rare. The things you are going to need for this are a sterile needle, rubbing alcohol, cotton swab, rubber gloves, a nose ring, ice cubes, eraser and of course pain tolerance.

Once the area is sterilized, you can then. Draw a small dot on the skin where you want the decoration to be placed. Mark the spot carefully where you need to pierce.
