Peloton screen not turning on. The monitor does not actually turn on and off,. All the bikes of the peloton, including the bike plus and tread plus, have the button of turning on and off the peloton at the back of the touchscreen. Use the volume button to select.

I searched and could not find this posted. The screen will be turned on to boot by holding the volume buttons and the power button till the display is on. The power button is the top button located on the back of the touchscreen monitor.

Press the power button of the peloton screen gently as it will stop working if pressed with too much force. The button may be gray or orange depending upon the year you ride. You have to hold the power down button.

As previously noted, in order for a peloton bike to function, it has to have power first. To prevent damage to the power adapter from sweat and spills that may result in property damage or bodily harm, ensure the power cable does not run underneath the peloton bike+. Now you can release the buttons when the screen turns on.
