A healthier version of a classic pecan pie.
Pecan pie recipe brown sugar no corn syrup. With a large and sharp knife, cut most of the pecans into halves. In a separate large bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour and salt. Pour in the water, whisking the whole time.
This is as real of a pecan pie as it gets! In a small mixing bowl, mix the beaten eggs, milk, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Carefully lift the parchment paper and pie weights and set them aside to cool.
