Using leftover turkey or even leftover shredded chicken is a great way to repurpose your leftovers. Add wild rice and turkey to broth and bring soup to a simmer, stirring. It’s loaded with veggies, warm and hearty, and so easy to prepare!
I just roughly chopped the carrots and celery. Add in the carrots and celery and cook until the veggies soften, about 10 minutes. Add the mushrooms, minced garlic cloves, and saute.
