Add carrot, turkey, broth, and salt.
Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Add a splash of the broth to the skillet, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot. Add in the broth, cooked rice, cooked turkey, thyme, oregano, milk, heavy cream, cream cheese, lemon juice, lemon zest, better than bouillon, spinach, salt and pepper to taste.
