To remove the dip from the middle of the jeep emblems i found a wooden toothpick worked well and didnt scratch the paint. Leave about a quarter of an inch between the emblem and the masking tape. I cleaned everything really well, scuffed with 1000 grit sandpaper, wiped down with paint thinner, then did.
