Is it okay to skip leg day once. One general rule I always share with my private clients is that if the pain is coming from above the neck its okay to workout. You decide to skip the gym one day and suddenly its been a week since you last exercised. Train your leg muscles along with your entire body regularly if you want to gain strength and improve overall fitness.
How many times you can train arms in a 3 day span. And if youre someone who exercises nearly every day the occasional rest day is more than OK. Personally Im fine with the size of my legs and would just be working out to just keep the current level of muscle in.
If you really want to grow you need to train legs at least twice a week. We dont want to overwork our bodies now do we. You cannot put appliances in a skip.
And no one not even the most intense fitness devotee is immune to their motivation-sucking force. You have to do all the loading yourself. Others claim its only good to be using the rope once or twice a week.
