I noticed this issue worsening today.
Iphone all emails going to junk. On your iphone or ipad, swipe left on. Since then all of my icloud emails have been going to the junk folder across all devices. Web as far based on my knowledge, in exchange online, the message will be marked as spam and moved to the recipient's junk email folder if spam filtering is.
If you selected one message: Add the sender to your contacts. Select spam addresses, and then remove any addresses that should not be there.
You can also open the message and select the it's not junk link at the top. Highlight junk mail with color and leave it in your inbox. Maybe open one of the emails.
Web press the menu key, select settings, and then select general settings. Web from the top toolbar, select not junk > not junk (or not spam > not spam ). The mail app is not doing this.
When you launch the app, you’ll be taken straight to your email. Web to make sure future messages from the same sender are marked as junk, you can report messages as junk in the mail app. Web go to your iphone’s settings app, then select “mail”.
