Heres how you can schedule meetings in Microsoft Teams.
How to setup a web meeting in microsoft teams. Go to the Channel you want to schedule the meeting in. Click and drag your cursor on the calendar to select a block of time. Choose Schedule a meeting icon in the Teams chat box to book a meeting with your coworkers in Teams.
Create a Title for your meeting invite. Get service numbers for your conferencing bridges. Now tap on the calendar icon with the symbol.
Click the link titled Join Microsoft Teams Meeting from your invite email. Choose OK on all dialog boxes and restart Outlook. Choose what you show in a chat or meeting.
From the App Bar hit Meetings. Schedule meetings in a channel calendar. Select Schedule a Meeting calendar icon below the compose box.
Click the meeting icon and select Schedule meeting. If you already have Teams online open click on the app download option at the bottom of the left sidebar. Here you will be redirected to a screen with two options like below.
In Outlook on the Web. Select Calendar Events and invitations Add online meetings to all meetings. Youve now created a new meeting.
