How to schedule microsoft teams meeting. In Outlook tap the calendar icon in the bottom right of the app then tap. In Microsoft Teams in the left navigation choose Meetings. To schedule a meeting open Outlook and click on New Teams Meeting in the calendar view.
On the calendar select the time when you want to schedule the meeting. If you enable the Add Online Meeting button then Bookings will create a Microsoft Teams meeting when the appointment is booked. In the upper-right corner of the next screen choose New meeting Live event.
