If the nylon headband is glued on then you’ll have to snip the nylon on either side of. Fold the center around the band with right sides together. We will be folding the fabric in half.

Make sure to secure the elastic. Width of headband piece = 8” (20.32cm) width of elastic piece = 5” (12.7cm) note: Simply snip the headband and pull it through so that the bow is no longer on the nylon band.

Cut a piece of fabric that is 3 3/4″ x 19″. You can use other non stretch fabric because we make this headband with. Cut 2 pieces of fabric according to headband size chart.
