After you install Zoom there are a few different ways to join a Zoom meeting.

How to join a zoom group call. Make sure you have enabled Join before host. Click the link in an invitation email. Inviting others during a meeting.

From the invitation enter the meeting by clicking the link or URL. Enter the meeting ID number and name. If you have an email invitation click Join Zoom Meeting in that email.

At this point you will be presented with a link to download the Zoom desktop app for your PC or Mac. To join a Zoom video call do the following. You can click the link in your invitation email go to the Zoom website and enter the meeting ID or dial into the meeting on a phone.

Tap the number you want to call. Sign in to Zoom then click Join. When you start Zoom youll be offered a few different options.

Click Join a Meeting if you want to join without signing in. Once selected youll now be in a virtual video conference room. This takes you to the Zoom website.

Sign in to the Zoom web portal. Open the Email app and locate the email that contains the Zoom meeting invite sent by a contact. After joining a Zoom meeting you will be prompted to join the audio automatically.
