Once the tool is launched, import a media file from your file folder.

Choose the speed play time of each stop motion frame. Open the video file in quicktime. Launch the file using quicktime app if it is a video file it will automatically open via quicktime if it is audio press command + click or you can right click select open with.

Open the video in imovie. Use a handle on both sides to resist the part of. Select the video you would to trim.
