How to edit videos on quicktime. Once your video file is open in quicktime, you’ll find a few very useful video editing options. Choose the speed play time of each stop motion frame. Click edit and select trim.
Select edit > trim from your menu. With the video (or audio) file open in quicktime, click edit > trim. In the quicktime player app on your mac, open the movie you want to trim, then choose edit > trim.
A simple trimming interface will appear — just click and drag the bars on each end to select the part of hte video. Boot up your mac computer and launch the quicktime player app. You can choose the parts to keep by dragging and dropping them.
