How do you unlock your jaw. You can use a heat pack for this. Gently place a pad of gauze onto the patient's lower molars to protect your fingers against sharp teeth. Next, open up your mouth and move your jaw from side to side.
Unlocking a jaw can be as simple as. Start by massaging your jaw once a day before bed. Relax the tongue and keep your upper and lower teeth apart.

This pushing and pulling activity can help your jaw to unlock, especially if your jaw is in a dropped, relaxed position as you do so. Run your fingers along the length of your masseter muscle, which ends at the bottom of your jaw.
