If you have the YouTube studio on your phone or desktop follow these simple steps to add subtitles to your YouTube videos.
How do you add subtitles to a youtube video that's not yours. You can also add subtitles and captions during the upload process. In the player select Settings. From the left menu pick out Subtitles.
Click the video you prefer to add subtitles to. Close the Downloader window and enter the Converter segment. On a Windows PC you can open Notepad.
The extension allows you to add subtitles to any video online including YouTube videos. A scissor icon will appear below the added video. Step 2 Click Video on the left pane and locate the video you want to add subtitles.
Open YouTube Studio and sign in. Add the YouTube Video to the Program. Step 3 Click the more icon under the Subtitles section.
To hardcode subtitles to a video place a checkmark in the box of Burn-In Adjsut subtitle positions select a good-looking font font color and font size Click Done at the bottom right corner. Click ADD LANGUAGE and select your language. First go to the bottom right of the video and click on the settings Then press SubtitlesCC where you should see this screen Once you are there press on the Add SubtitlesCC and you should get to a new tab where you see this It will say to start with entering the language and then you can start adding subtitles to the video.
YouTube notes the following if your video does not generate automatic subtitles. Not all videos support community contributions. Click the video that youd like to edit.
