Measure the width of your quilt.

To position the quilt against the wall, hold it up against the wall and be sure it’s level. The anchors are how you attach. Measure the quilt’s width across the top.
The option to add a hanging sleeve is available for any vacilando quilt. Quilt your quilt sandwich as desired. Make them large enough to be able to align into the corners of the quilt.
Clean the wall where the quilt will hang with rubbing alcohol. The hanging sleeve needs to be slipped evenly through the dowel. Cut 2 strips 8 ½” x width of fabric (approximately 42”).
While small quilts may only need 4 points of support, one for each corner, large clamps will need more support. Topstitch the folded edge about ⅛”. Watch the short video above to get my tips and tricks for hanging smaller quilts (or watch it here on my youtube channel ).
