Go to “bluetooth” and press the bluetooth button on the main screen. Turn on bluetooth in your gadget settings. Here's how to pair your bluetooth earbud to a device.
To set up a new bluetooth device, go to settings and turn on bluetooth. Click on your jlab audio. Method #2 reset your device.
Tap on “jlab go air”. The charging case light will begin beating blue. Do the same with the second earbud.
If they do the same thing on that device, you probably have. T the bottom right of the screen, select battery > bluetooth > pair new device. Are you having problems trying to connect your jlab neon bluetooth headphones to your smartphone, tablet, laptop pc, tv etc?
Hopefully, it will make some difference. Try keeping your headphones within a foot or two of your host device. While this example and video below shows our jbuds air executive as an example, the steps will apply to other true wireless.
