Rinse your mouthguard with lukewarm water.

Clean mouth guard with vinegar. To begin, fill a glass with enough white vinegar to cover the mouthguard. Purchase denture or retainer cleaning tablets. Use a regular glass and fill it up with distilled vinegar.

Rinse the mouth guard after wearing. Please do not put it in the dishwasher. Pour a capful of mouthwash into a clean cup.

Do not soak it overnight. Fill a bowl or denture cleaning container with cold tap water. Rinse your mouth guard or night guard under lukewarm tap water.

After soaking completes, remove the mouthguard and rinse. Always store the mouth guard in a clean. Simply place your night guard in a glass or bowl with water and allow the cleaner to dissolve completely into the water.

Place the mouth guard in the solution. Once your mouth guard is done soaking, wash your hands with antibacterial soap and remove it from the solution. Allow the mouth guard to dry completely before storing.

Let your guard soak for up to 30 minutes, but no longer. Allow it to air dry on a hard surface until it is completely. Soak the mouth guard in the vinegar solution for up to 30 minutes.
