Clean mouth guard with vinegar. Fill a bowl or denture cleaning container with cold tap water. Always store the mouth guard in a clean. Allow it to air dry on a hard surface until it is completely.

Add enough water to the solution to cover your night guard. To begin, fill a glass with enough white vinegar to cover the mouthguard. Let your guard soak for up to 30 minutes, but no longer.

Simply place your night guard in a glass or bowl with water and allow the cleaner to dissolve completely into the water. Place the mouth guard in the solution. Rinse the mouth guard after wearing.

Soak the mouth guard in the vinegar solution for up to 30 minutes. Purchase denture or retainer cleaning tablets. Allow the mouth guard to dry completely before storing.
