Flamenco Beach Culebra Getting to Culebra Island from Puerto Rico There are a few ways to get to Culebra Island from Puerto Rico but the most common ways are to fly with AirFlamenco or take the Ferry in Ceiba which is about 1 hour East from San Juan.
