That price is straight off of Vexus which I am guessing is pretty low and is only boat and motor and priced with a 150 which would be underpowered on that boat. Aluminum boats with a fiberglass interior. Good improvement over the standard aluminum layout but I wonder why not just make the hull from glass at that point also.

It looks like they recently announced a 19 foot boat but its configured similar to a Ranger 1880. I am hoping now that Vexus is about to introduce fiberglass boats to their line up at this years Classic that they continue to innovate and push the aluminum line of their boats and not make them an afterthought. The Vexus trailer is made in house right along side the boat.

Compared to other types jet boats are lightweight and can easily maneuver or pull in shallow lakes. I may make that trip maybe include some trout fishing at Calico Rock. I want to buy a boat for fishing both fresh water and sea.
