Aquasport restoration. All finish work was sprayed gelcoat. Weve looked for several years to find this exact hull and when we did we found it in excellent shape with no spider cracks at all in the gelcoat no stress cracks on the transom and it appeared to be barely used however the Aquasport Osprey sometimes comes with a hidden secret that not many people are aware of. Restoration included removing the deck from the hull and refastening stringers and a new transom.

Decking weighed in at 92 pounds. I looking at either a Aquasport 222 late 60s early 70s or 21 Mako 1978-83 or maybe even a SeaCraft Potter Hull If I can find one for a reasonable price I wanted some insight. Composite decking vacuum bagged off the job.

1982 Aquasport floorstringer rebuild Transom originally wood I think mine was poured when redonestringers are foam filled fglass encased Glass is solid I will drill a few core holes to see if foam in stringers is wetif it is I will cut top of stringers off and remove wet foam and relpace with 4lb foam then refoam hull and replace floorchecked out the site lot of good infothanks.
